Not really sure where the best place to post this is.

Book says that it normally takes about three weeks for WS to start coming out of withdrawal after no contact starts. I'm coming up to that but haven't seen any signs yet.

What's your experience?

Depends on how emotionally tied she was. But it will be a minimum of a month if she really has not had contact whatsoever. Otherwise, she'll continue to spin in a fantasy world...

It's been about 3 weeks for my H. Watching him go through withdrawal hurts. Especially when I'm going through my own pain. Everyday seems endless. Last day and a half have been a bit better. We've talked calmly, felt a bit more connected.

I know some days will be better than others. I'm eager to start rebuilding but until then, I have to watch him struggle.
