Without going into too much detail, my H and I had a terrific arqument over something stupid that got WAY out of hand. I became so enraged with my H that I became violent. I wanted to strike him and actually packed a bag and was going to leave the house. I will admit right here that alcohol played a big part in how I acted. Today, when I think about what happened last night, I find myself becoming physically ill!! My question is, can my violent tendancies be linked to some form of depression. DD#1 was recently placed on some meds by her Dr because of her feelings and her quick temper. Any advice is helpful. Does anyone know the name of a good website??
