last year i witnessed my husband cheating on me. i forgave him and took him back. since then i have been still angry with him causing fights and a couple of times telling him to leave because it was obvious he did not want to be in this marriage and i was still so very angry. then last week he told me he wasn't sure he wanted to be married anymore. i knew deep down that he wasn't trying to help us get through the affair but i never thought he wanted to be single.
i am at a loss. i gave him what he wanted and he moved out of our home completely. all i want is to be with my husband again, the man i married, the one who acted like he loved me and i don't think he wants that at all.
i guess what i need is some guidance on how to handle this all without completely breaking down ever day. i miss him terribl as i lost not only my husband but my best friend.
anyone else have this happen and did their spouse come back and make things work????

Is he involved in an affair currently? I'd think so.

I'd do some snooping/checking.
Stuff like that isn't said just out of the blue - there is usually an 'influence' someplace.

Sad,
Get a copy of Surviving An Affair and read immediately. It will tell you about Plan A (being the best spouse that you can be) so that he doesn't want to move out.
I did Plan A instinctively, before I even knew about this site. It is hard though because my WH acts the same way - like he doesn't want to be there, but occassionally I see little glimmers of hope.
Anyway, Plan A will be harder for you since he has moved out but perhaps you can start by asking him on a date or something - then Plan A your butt off.
