Well, it is less than 2 months til the Trial on August 7th and 8th. And it has been an interesting ride. A roller coaster ride says it all. The depths of despair and anger have been a tough ride.

But it is getting better all the time. I will be representing myself after the HUGE legal bills for absolutely no filed papers, I feel very capable of doing this on my own. In fact, there has been more settlement in the two months since I started representing myself than in the two previous years that my lawyer sucked me dry. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

NOW Dork has suggested we see a mediator! Only after 150+ offers from me and my ex-lawyer to do so. SIGH what a waste of time. But, I will do it just to get things legally filed.

Dork is now in regular IC and is working on himself. Too little to late imho. Considering he has not seen DD in over a year. And is still too "scared" to be in the same room with me! But he calls me and emails me and DD which the DP4 had nixed for a very long time. Of course it feels like I am the OW. Becasue it is all a secret from her. lol.

All I want is to get this over with. I can't say I don't still love him. BUt I deserve so much better than a serial lying cheater.

So, in September - 30 days after court, I will be divorced. If I want. And if I don't oppose the D. There are financial consideration that go along with that so I will see how things go

Thanks, hope. I am doing well. Not that I don't vent and rage at the injustice and the stupidity of the whole fiasco. But I am doing what I need to do to protect me and DD.

I'm thinking of you, F-again. Mine pulled the same thing. After I paid out thousands on an attorney and different agreements, he wanted a mediator. Then he bailed on that too, and I had to continue on fighting. It wears you out.

I know for a fact that the DP4 is paying the rent and the place is in her name. SO he is not allowed to claim that as HIS expense. DORK is still a DORK!!!!!
