I just found out my H posts under a certain handle in the Philanderers' site... Who the heck are these people ? He asked advice on how to start an affair with a co-worker !? HELP!!!! Who are they ???? What is he getting himself into ???

Yes, that is a very real problem. He is asking for advice on how to start an affair with a co-worker but in reality his attempt is an act of infidelity in of its self.
The attempt to cheat is cheating. It sounds as if he has an infatuation with a co-worker.
You need to confront him, expose his srecrecy and then discover the mototvations behind it.
His actions result in you becoming a victim. That sure does not sound like an act of love to me.
