Spying Question

I already researched spying 101, not on there.
Anyone know how I can verify if someone is in jail? I did inmate search since OW wrote H from there, but there's no results with that name.
I verified name / address, but can't find her in lockup. He tells me she's still locked up, I wanted to verify. I did the people seach and it shows she did have a record, I'd like to know more info...not the phone calls since she is using a pay card (which seems like she's still in the can then).
Can't seem to find out her background info, or jail info and I don't have alot of money to spend on it.

Call the jail she is at and say that you are her sister or something, and get it that way...You will have to know some personal info I would guess though...
