Really want to call her and ask her was she thinking about 3 kids this is going to crush ,while she was with my h !! talk me out of it ...nothing good can come of me calling ,caN IT ??

Confronting an OP is like that. It does no good and you end up muddy.
Besides, in their foggy thinking, they will both use this as a justification for what they are doing. You will be the "crazy" one.

you are soooo right - will ditch that idea .now what about her h .mine says they are happily married (when i had red flags a while back) what do u think ?? I appreciate so much the advise, i'm running on pilot and probably not making real good decisions by my self LOL

agree with johnstwin, dont bother with the ow. she's not worth your energy and not who is supposed to be committed to you.
as far as her husband. from what i understand of mb principles, expose, expose ,expose, but dont tell your h when you do it

Don't try having any contact with OW. I tell you from experience. I did that on several ocassions and like John said they are going to portray you as "crazy". That is what my H is thinking of me. Don't even waste your energy on OW, give him/ her more of an importance that it should actually be. Keep it calm and when you are thinking about doing such a thing like that, remember that its not worth it.
