I am looking for a method to gain access to someone's cell phone records. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

What carrier and what market?
Also, whose phone records?
One way might be to hire a PI.
There may be short cuts that you can use yourself, but all would be basically illegal and certainly not admissible in court.

There are companies on the internet that do it for a fee of around $75.00. Check the internet.
