Tarita, this is an odd situation. I have known lesbian women who have forgone the cost of artificial insemination
to have a child, by striking a deal with an STD clean gay man. They do it so they and their partner can have a child. If your H's name is not on the BC and if he is not supporting this child, be prepared for some heartbreak.
Take care of the legalities, and be sure that this is in fact a lesbian and not a bisexual woman.

What I am saying, if she is a true lesbian, used your H for a sperm donor,and got the resulting child, he has outlived his usefullness. She will want to parent this child with her
partner and she will eventually phase your H our of the situation. Unless, of course, they came to an understanding
beforehand.
