What to do you do when one person is a crazy maker? About four years ago I was fired from a job that I fought hard to get. It was the last in a series of failures for me. It's a long story but I gave up moving to an area with a better job market to be with my husband because he had a good job.
I finally decided that I wanted to start my own business at home. I went out to dinner with my H and had a long talk with him about starting a business. We had just paid off our car and my H was making more money, so things would be tight but we could survive while I was getting the business started.
I asked him if he would support me starting my business and he said "yes, I would."

After that I started to take action to set everything up, put out press releases, joined a professional association, started to learn everything I could about the field and marketing, tried like ****** to get clients.
He didn't say anything for weeks and then all of the sudden he decided that he had never told me that I could start a business. He insisted that the conversation NEVER happened and that I was the one who was making it up or not remembering it correctly.
He would throw fits, cry, and get angry about it almost every day. He would complain that I wasn't doing anything while he was at work, even though I was working on my website, doing online marketing, networking with other people in the field, doing everything I needed to do to get the business started.

I thought that we had put the whole thing behind us when we found out that he had a severe thyroid disorder and had a goiter, and the dr. said that it was a miracle he wasn't suicidal. After he got his meds worked out he stopped complaining about the business and we were getting along so much better that we decided to have a child.

Then after she was born, he springs it on me that he expected me to do almost everything for her because I "didn't do anything" for so long and because he never agreed to let me do the business. He told me that he wanted to have a baby so that I could make an equal contribution to the relationship.

I just don't know how to get to the point where I can trust him again. He is just such a crazy maker. What do you do when one person distorts reality so much?
