If anyone is familiar with Texas Family Law, in particular the motions necessary to lift protective orders, rescind a divorce (nonsuit/dismissal), and end the related temporary orders, please message me.
Thanks,

I should be a bit more specific: We are looking to file the necessary motions Pro Se, and could use some help with finding sample forms, etc.
We are more than tapped out financially, and would like to file these on our own without attorneys.

Here is a LINK that might get you started. The author of that site says, "To get up to date forms, go to your local law library or hire an attorney!" Here is another LINK with links to various forms and info specific to Texas that might have what you need, or at least provide you with contact info from which you can get what you're looking for. You will have to determine whether or not they are applicable to your locale.

I am a legal secretary for a Texas lawyer. We specialize in no-contest divorces. The only problem with taking out your own appendix is you might get something wrong & if the judge don't catch it, it comes back to bite you in the rear.
The attorney who filed the D should be able to help you. As far as dismissal, all you need is a Motion & an Order to Dismiss. We do them stating the parties have gone back together.
Usually the library has the forms or go to your District Clerk in the county you filed in. Sometimes they have the forms.

Lost,
Jayban and his wife owe their attorney's money. They fear they won't handle the motion to dismiss unless they get paid AND they don't want to rack up more attorney fees.
Do they have to file an appearance...thereby removing their attorney's from the case and thereafter going Pro Per.
Can you email Jayban and help him or give him the forms???
Jayban also has a protective order against him restraining him from any contact with WW (soon to be FWW we hope). A couple questions....
how should they/she motion to quash? Do they include it in the motion to dismiss the divorce petition or does it need to be a separate motion?
Also...do protection orders in Texas continue to be enforced even when the protected person intitiates, pursues and makes contact. In other words, could Jayban be arrested for just showing up in court with his WW?
If anyone knows Princessmeggy's email...she too could chime in here as I believe she is a court clerk in Texas.

Thanks Mr. Wondering,
That's right on the money.
On the note of filing our motions and "missing something that the judge may overlook and come back to bite us", that's EXACTLY what we are afraid of.
I checked out the links, and they give sample forms for initiating divorce action and related, they don't spell out the necessary language for REVERSING items, such as the protective order, divorce, and the withholding order on CS.
A sample form of the motions with the names blacked out would be ideal.

Here is a LINK to the official forms from the Texas Statutes Family Code that are explained and can be printed out. I can't locate any form specifically geared toward dismissing a protective order on the site. Dismissing is mentioned in the general info under protective orders, but only in reference to a fee for dismissal. Can you not try to contact via email or phone and ask if there is a specific form? It may be that there is no specific form for dismissal.
