My wife went to Las Vegas last week by her self which I let her as she just found out last monday she has breast cancer. She said she needed time by herself. The problem was when I did laundry today I noticed stains on her underwear. When I put them under a black light it glowed.I read that sperm will show up on material. I don't want to say anything to her because of the drama she is going threw but this is killing me. Is it true that sperm will show up under a black light or is it a natural womens discharge. She had an affair 6 years ago and I feel it is happening again. I asked her if anything happened as soon as she got back and I got the usual responce. You don't trust me! Help.

There are kits available on the internet to test for the presence of bodily fluids. I don't know whether they can tell blood type, but I think they may be able to detect sperm from vaginal fluid.
Save the underpants somewhere safe until you get a test kit.

Does your wife go on trips by herself often? I don't mean to sound paranoid or make you that way of course, believe me I have thought of going on trips by myself a few times. It just seems odd to me to actually do it.

I believe there are several bodily fluids that will glow.
Urine is one of them, I would guess that normal vaginal fluids would as well. If you recall, the light to find pet urine is a small black light.

I just looked it up, Blood, mucous and urine all floresce.
Vaginal fluids are largely mucous.

We talked last night and she swears nothing happened but if I want to get it checked out I can. She said she never wants to go threw what happened 6 yrs ago again. I think were on the right track.

I hate to be pessimistic, but someone IMO someone who actually considers themselves trustworthy wouldn't be whining about you not trusting them. FWIW, my FWW would never even suggest to me that she wanted to travel anywhere, much less to Las Vegas, by herself, knowing how that could potentially damage the rebuilding of my trust in her, even if nothing actually untoward happened - because I might go through the same experience you are going through now. I know this because I asked her as soon as I saw your post.

Test it.
For the simple reason that it will make you constantly question it forever if you don't.
And will build a rift between the two of you just because you have the question.
Test it, be sure, and eliminate the question.

How long should you wait after having sexual realtions with you wife before you collect speciman to ensure your not the positive results?
What kind of body language would a guilty spouse use?

Thanks Scott. I may just be a paranoid H but my W body language is really subject to intepretation. Eye contact recently has improved, but otherwise, she sits away from me when talking, does not look at me, eyes dart all over the place in her verbal communication.
I am going to purchase a book on body language to educate myself.
Like I said, I may be just paranoid. Any other suggestions/recommendations?
Does no one know how long should wait after having intimate relations before you make a collection for analysis?

I am not sure what you are testing for, or should I say, testing with... almost all bodily fluids will show up with the black light, did you ever see that episode of the office where Michael says that he hopes the stains are urine? We got the black light for dog urine, and found it works on other stuff too.
If you are testing for sperm, I think they would already be dead. (I recently used a test myself, and it said that you had to test within hours of collection).
I found out that my WS had guilty body language after contact, but not necessarily vice versa. In other words, after all contact, body lnaguage was suspicious (or cold), but not every cold language indicated contact.
Have you purchased a key logger yet?
