Ok here is the spill. My wife never had me served with the papers. So I went over to her parents house where she is staying and picked up the papers. Her mother seemed to be very sad about the whole ordeal. I took the papers got them notarized and I returned them to my wife in about an hours time. When I got back her brother and sisters who are all older (she is the baby) where there. I spoke to everyone and gave her the papers and left. When I got home her brother texted me and said that I he was praying for me and hoping the best for our situation.

We have been married for 9 months seperated for 2 months and she has her mind made up. I don't want a divorce I love her very much and I did not commit adultery or have an affair. I just lied and she says that she cannot trust me. When I ask her is she ok...she says yes and then asks me why. I tell her we need to talk so that there is no bitterness between us...she says that she is fine and you live and you learn from life. She is being so cold towards me. She won't call me or text me it's just over in her mind. I believe that we can get past this. Can someone out there please help me and tell me am I supposed to fight for my marriage or let it end in divorce?

Thanks,
awberry

Well, we need more info..like why and what did you lie about?

For me, lying is one of the biggest bank buster. You can work through an awful lot, but lying is trust and without that how can you work through anything else?

Then why did you sign the papers?
