All- I can't thank you all enough! WW just earned her "F" to now a FWW. The "appology" has been given so she has identified the hurt and wrong doings for so many months. The Fog has cleared are we are moving in the right direction.
Quick Recap: EA started 10\06, PA started 12\06. WW left for OM in May. Plan A- didnt get the results I hoped for Plan B I- 1st attempt not so well Plan B II- This time I was prepared and went "hard-core" and on the verge of D during that time.
August 13th agreed to reconcile and she moved back home! MC has been going well. FWW started IC as well.
FWW has agreed to all the usual "stuff" these boards recomend.
Now-.....How do I get Former-OM out of the picture? FWW ended the A and he didn't take it to well. He Divorced his wife during their A in hopes of being with my FWW. She told him not to contact her, yet he continues. It has not gotten to the harrassment stages but none the less an anoyance. FWW has a new cell phone # and email address, we blocked him from calling our house line. He even tried calling me to have me ask my FWW to call him!! He has called her at her work......FWW does not want to speak to him! I sure as he11 don't want to either.

Congratulations on your recovery! <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I would file a harassment charge or a restraining order with the police department. That should send a clear message to the OM that he needs to stop all contact.

It has not gotten to the harrassment stages but none the less an anoyance. When someone continues contact you after you have asked them not to, it IS harassment.

File harassment charges immediately and get an RO against this guy. If you know any family or friends of his, expose to them that this guy won't leave your wife alone. Call up your WW's employer and tell them to block calls from this stalker who is harassing her. If he is going to make your life ******, make sure he faces consequences for it.

If it is done purposefully by your WW, plan B again.
