3 to 5 years ago, I caught the bouquet at a friend's wedding.

Today, I was the one to snatch another one off the ground. They made me give it back since I didn't catch it. I almost caught it the second time...I was smart enough to not join in the throng but to anticipate where it would go. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> It bounce off my hand and hit the ground. They decided that was enough and let me pass the test as the catcher.

So, what AM I doing wrong?

I guess I'm gonna have to go on a manhunt? Or am I just gonna have to tell The Diplomat that he needs to get on the ball?

Well..............if the Diplomat isn't on the ball by this point perhaps the man hunt would be a good thing!!!!!

I think I may go out yet tonight, it's just 9:30 and the house is empty and that is a first for me in the last 2 weeks, so I wouldn't be taking time away from anyone else, it's my time!!

I don't think there are any men in this city. And the diplomat won't move from where his daughter lives until she starts to college....at least 3 more years or so.

They say eharmony, chemistry and match are good places to look. Not that I've had any luck, but it may be worth the time.

It was a marriage that never really started.

Keep your eye on the ball. Good hand/eye coordination.
Maybe take some fielding practice in the back yard?
A good vertical helps too!

I went on Match and met a guy that I have been dating for a month now. It's fun having someone to do things with. He's a single father raising his son and I have three kids of my own, so there is a bit of jockeying schedules, but we do take time for each other. I don't think I would have met anyone yet if it hadn't been for online dating. It's easy and you can pick and choose. A good friend told me that there's 10 guys for every woman on those sites. Just be careful to protect yourself when finally meeting someone, but it give you a great place to start to meet men.

Try it and I bet the men in your area start coming out of the woodwork...

Good luck!

Lexxy, my hand and eye coordination isn't so great but my fine motor skills are.

And, if you only knew how badly my body hurts, you might not think I need good vertical elevation. Sheesh, I limped that half-marathon last year and am still in pain....messed up all the attachments for my hamstrings.

Yesterday, the physical therapist nearly killed me working on my SI joints, sciatic nerve, glutes and hamstrings. Then the PA at the chiropractor's office did about 6-8 cervical facet injections in my neck for the herniated disks there.

So far, no one has taken my hula hoop away from me though.
