Tab, judge went 100% my way and I am in the driver's seat now. I am still unsure if STBXH is just not getting it though and he may be thinking of pushing this another step further to a trial. That would really be stupid and he would be paying for it all, not me. If he does, he will be worse off so his atty better talk him out of doing so -- I'm ready to go if that is what he wants, but it's in his own best interest to settle. My atty and I will be sitting down next week to work out what will be best for me financially and then present it to the other side. I think it's just a hard pill to swallow, is all. Hopefully, he will re-think and realize there's no way he's going to change this.

That's awesome NH. Just relax now and let the atty's take care of things.

Bell, he's the one that wanted the D. OW turned his head and so he's done. I tried. I begged and pleaded for us to get help. He's not interested. So I have come full circle -- I'm done too. I refuse to live in a loveless marriage and he has denied me of so much emotionally for many years. I need to rebuild, but my rebuilding does not include him.

I hope he had a great holiday. First time in 30 yrs he wasn't home. DD asked where he was going...said she probably would not want to know. She is against this A. Gone Wed - Sun. Not even spending it with family. I know we are in the mid of D, but that's pretty sick in my opinion. Guess the fog is pretty thick.
