for anyone who goes through tough times, music is often a quick mood picker-upper. I personally love music by luther vandross or Anita Baker. I work at UMG and heard the new Will Downing CD, After Tonight. It was truly inspiring. He was diagnosed with Postmyositis this year which crippled his ability to walk and move his limbs. He sang most of the album from a wheelchair, and his deep, soothing voice really helps brighten my day. The CD comes out on October 30, but you can hear a couple of his songs on his myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/wdowning

hopefully, this will help make you feel better when you're down just as much as it helps me.
