I go to court in two weeks. I originally live two hours away where my parents and brother are. I live in a small town where my WH grew up. I am surrounded by his family who I am close with. I have friends but no family and my WH and I go to the same church. It is just awkward if I stay in the area. H might fight me on moving now. He was thinking about it but he got the divorce papers of everything that I want out of the divorce and I did ask for alot. He is upset and I can understand that. I am willing to dicker down in order for me to move. It is really the best thing for all of us if I move. He states that he wants to see the kids but he hasn't seen his 4 year old boy in three weeks since he went and lived with OW.

Anyone having any issues with moving or advice of what I can do? I have a good lawyer. From what I know he doesn't. He might get one now which he has a right too. I am also 7 months pregnant and a high-risk pregnant and I live in a small town that doesn't have the care I would need if I go early.
