My wife is hunting an apartment because she is losing the house to foreclosure even though she is under court order to keep it paid on time.

She had to see the judge on Friday and of course he didn't enforce her contempt of court.

There is now no way I can ever recover my equity in the house.

I lose yet again.

Pariah,

Sorry to hear the bad news for you. Alot of times these waywards just can't stop until everything is gone.

You can always go after her in Civil Court, even though it is unlikey you will be able to recover anything. But you may feel better just for trying.

Stay Stong!

I hope I have a case aginst the judge for his inaction and total bias aginst me.

He gave his caseload to our brother in law (her sister's husband) when he got appointed to the position.

I wanted him recused to begin with and he just doesn't want to deal with us.

At least we have nothing left to lose and it can finally be over with.

is it possible to contact the states atty's office and see if it would be possible to get another judge?

Or could you make the payment's to keep it from forecloser and move in?

It's $9000 behind in payments, she was awarded the house, but I was to get half of the equity. ($15,000) She took around $20,000.

Now why would I want to try and come up with $9000 so she can continue living in the house and never re-pay me? She makes $22,000 a year with a $1100 a mo house payment.

She has no money and spends every spare cent on dive trips.

She could get in trouble for losing the house before the divorce is settled, but the judge is just being indifferent to me.

I have filed for recusement, but the fact is the house is lost no matter what.

Pariah, I'm so sorry. This stinks. I'm looking for a silver lining and there is none.

The only one I can come up with is you at least are getting a divorce from her.

Have I mentioned my XRP program to you? I'm developing a business plan right now, after watching a growing need.

XRP stands for Ex-spouse Relocation Program. Basically it involves luring bad ex-spouses far away and keeping them out of your life. Ideally, they would abanndon the marital assets, but that cannot be guaranteed. I'll only guarantee you'll be contacted less than 5 times a year if you have children, and no times at all if you don't. I can't share my techniques because they are trade secrets.

Since a lot of people cannot afford to pay full price for this service, I'm considering a slide scale.
