I finally was able to get the 1st detailed cell phone bill since NC was supposedly established. I see there were calls made as recently as two weeks ago (NC was to begin 4 weeks ago). I found this out on Tues and haven't asked him about it yet. This discovery prompted me to begin Plan A, assuming that the EA is continuing, and so far it's been going ok but I'm not sure how to approach this without using LBs. I want to just ask him once again, calmly this time, if he has had contact with her but if he says no I am going to be so angry what should I do?

I wouldn't ASK him if he's had contact.

I'd simply tell him, "I know you're still in contact with her. There is no room for a 3rd party in this marriage."

did he send a no contact letter? If not, have him write and send one now. Harley has a good one on this site to use.

Basically, it should say,

OW,

I love my wife and family, and my association with you has hurt them deeply.

I want nothing more to do with you.

Do not contact me ever again, and I will do the same.
