Medct, I keep wanting to call him up and ask him, "Gee, isn't she WORTH $754,500?"

She is NOT his first affair, either! She just picked up where his previous one left off.

I would like to pimp slap both of them.

2 marriages destroyed. The kids are the laughing stock of the school and Ma & Pa don't see anything wrong with what they did.

I saw them all on television today. What a money hungary b*tch - trapped in a marriage, no way to get a J.O.B., with her only option to steal someone else's husband. And the old geezer looks way worse than her husband. Then she had the nerve to complain how hurtful the exposure was to their children and friends. Didn't mention the sleazy affair, just people finding out about it.

I wish more states had this law. On the TV piece, they said most states deal with the problem in the adultery portion of the law. But as we know, most states are no fault.

I don't look at a spouse as property, but if a person makes lifelong financial decisions with the intent of keeping vows, the infidel owes some recourse.

I think the verdict is fabulous. Maybe of more WS and O People see this they will go back to their families. Someone above is trying to send a message...don't stray outside the marriage!!!

How long before ABC turns it into a sitcom and Lifetime makes it into a made for TV movie?

That's where the REAL money will be made or lost.

I actually laughed at the "loving couple" sitting on the couch together saying "poor us."

Maybe they would have preferred a duel.

This goober was turned down by Judge Antonin Scalia when he and his attorney asked for a stay on the payment of the funds while the US Supreme Court determine whether to hear his claim regarding punitive damages being unlawful in this case.

TOO bad bucko, write the check for $750,000 and wait for three years for the US Supreme Court to tell you they aren't going to review the MS Supreme Court's decision.

Idiots.....Harlot and old perverted POS man.

What bugs me about this thing is that the CURRENT "BS" was ORIGINALLY the OM in the marriage.

That money should go to her FIRST husband NOT her OM cum husband.

Just my opinion of course.

I had heard about that law and asked my lawyer if they still had it in my state. I was told they did years ago, but didn't anymore. If they still did, you better believe I would have used it against OW!

Makes me sick to hear that this woman's M was "dead". Then it's called a DIVORCE, not an affair!

I hope her ExH gets every penny.

Well sad to say, but it looks like their affair marriage is lasting!

The 1st exH can't sue the new XH, BigK, because it's past the statute of limitations.

I understand LC - but he is still a WS himself in an affair marriage and I don't believe he should profit from his adultery either.

They should just send all the money to me

Interesting enough, adultery is also still a misdemeanor in Mississippi. I THINK it's punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 and/or not more than 6 months in jail.

I told my H that if he ever wanted to cheat again, she'd better have plenty of $$$, cuz I would sue the livin' daylights out of her..,plus have 'em locked up!
