DO you expose to HR when its the son of your wifes boss?
and the boss is helping and enabling the affair?

Bs Me. 32 WS Her 33 DS 2 DS 8 DD 10 Dday August 10 Plan A until 11/4 Plan B but failing miserably at times

Yes I am not worried about them at all. I would do anything to get my WW away from these people.

of course! If they are in collusion, I would also make sure the affair is exposed inside their family. Additionally, it will be important to expose to several key high level execs when you expose at work. It is very tempting for coworkers to hide the evidence of an affair but that is less likely to happen if you CC several key managers and type "cc" on the letter so they all know who got it.

And I would time it so the exposures [at HR and within the family] come at the same time so the affairees and their enablers don't pre-empt you and paint you as a crazed, jealous coo-coo clock.

Yeah unfortunately too late for that. I have somewhat already been pained in that light. When I first exposed I should have been a bit more patient and asked more question here. There were so many lies to work through then. They do work however for a very large company and we are in a small city. So I am hoping the people who will deal with this will not be on store level and will be from Portland.

Expose to HR on the highest level you can, make it a formal letter, and sent to them registered mail so you'll have a receipt. Brit\'s Brat gave Charlotte22 on some great advice on such things on Charlotte's thread and I think you'd be well advised to take a quick look at Brit\'s Brat's suggestions.
