Oh, I have an appt at 8:30 a.m. I called & made the appt a few days ago. I am expected. He even gave me driving directions. I told him what was going on & that I was a dependent spouse (I hate that term) and he said he'd get me in right away.

Couldn't make the legal appt. Threw up on myself on the fwy. Nice huh? Am home. Cleaned up. Laying here in bed. I must get back up & go to dentist. I have no choice.

Saw atty at base legal today. It gave me some hope.
I have hope for my relationship with him. I'm just so confused.
See other thread for general daily freak out. I just don't know what to do.
Feel so sick today. Hurt so bad.

What if I just put everything in storage here in LA & just pack the cats, my computer & my clothes & just go to Tucson? I can come back & get my stuff later...
Does that show my committment or does it show that I still have a way out?

I think that you should go be with your H as soon as possible... if there's any chance of rebuilding with your H, you two need to be together...

I have made my hotel reservation for Tucson. I think I'm gonna drive straight through to Tucson. Non-stop.

I just wish the panic/anxiety attacks would stop. Everytime I think I'm gonna have a good day, something happens and I can't control it. The shaking, crying, sweating and nausea. I just wish the pain would end. In the MC session on Monday, he said, "I knew she'd be upset, but not this bad. I don't know why she can't move on with her life." That session was a disaster. Hey LA,
Have you moved back to LA yet, or are you still in AZ?
One of the hard things about trying to rebuild is that it's very easy to play the "If / Then" game in your mind...
IF I do this, THEN he will do that.... I used to do that all the time when Mrs. RIF and I first started rebuilding. The problem with this little game is that I would 'set myself up' for a big dissapointment when things didn't turn out the way I thought they should.

I currently live in LA. I was driving back & forth to Tucson to see him & try to "fix" things. He lives in Arizona. Stupid I know.
