I've never been so confused before. My H of 13 yrs had an "affair of the heart" about 10 mos ago. He came to me & told me of his feelings for this OW,(co-worker) but he wanted to work it out with me. He was never with her outside of work & was never unfaithful. He told me that I hadn't been showing him affection. I was more than willing to renew our romantic love. 2 mos passed & he told me he no longer had feelings for the OW, but he still wasn't acting himself. Another month passes & I find out (partially by digging, partially by accident) that he had been with her on at least 3 different occasions.(one was a weekend in the moutains with another friend along) When I confronted him, he denied it all for 2 days. He finally admitted to it all & said it was really over now. We've been in counseling for a while now.. but I must say it's not doing much for me. I can't seem to get over the resentment& anger.. mostly being lied to over & over again. We've had a history of him lying with the worst being 7 yrs ago (not involving OW). He swore to me then, no lies. Now I'm back to square one, only it's worse this time! They still work together & I can't stand that. He tells me they don't even talk as friends now. Somedays I want to get over this & be with him, others I can't stand him & want him to get away from me. I've always loved him so much, although now the "in love" feelings aren't really there. He's really been trying & very patient with me. But I can't help but thinking, OK he wants me for now.. how long will it last this time before the deceit & lies begin? Does anyone have any suggestions? I have 2 children to think of & want to do the right thing. Any advice would be welcome.<BR>
