So, I'm a believer in consulting a psychiatrist before using psychoactive medications, especially ones that are addictive (like xanax, which is also called alprazolam). If you haven't seen a psychiatrist, I recommend it.
Thanks for the tip on the tea, Mulan. Interesting.

I have been to my Dr. and they did Rx these meds. But they all made me so sick.
I will try this tea though.

The regular Dr. Rx'd me .5mg of Ativan. And the other Dr. Rx'd me 2mg of Ativan. .5 mg for the days. 2mg melted under the tongue for me to sleep at night. And it works! I actually had a pretty normal day today. I slept all night long and then napped until 11 a.m. I felt good when I woke up.

Sleep is really important. Glad to hear that you're able to do it.

Took the .5mg ativan yesterday & it leveled out my day. And when I got home I took the 2mg Ativan and slept really good again.
And my therapy lady is going to have me talk to the psychiatrist in her office to figure out if there is an anti-depressent I could take without feeling so foggy, drunk or slow feeling. I cross my fingers and hope so.

2mg's of Ativan at night let's me sleep. .5mg of Ativan during the day if I feel like I am going to panic. Running on the treadmill for 1 hr each morning like a crazed hamster staring at a yellow paint speck on the wall also helps.
The therapy lady helps too. Plus all of my friends.

Still doing exercise. Still losing weight. Ativan helps. Saroquel for sleeping and Dr. gave me Rx for Zoloft.
Anybody been on Zoloft? Does it make you feel more even & centered so you can think straight?
