I can't think of many more stressful experiences to go through at the holiday time than infidelity and the destruction of the family that follows.

I just wanted to throw out a reminder to take care of yourself during the high stress holidays.

Through the restructuring of my family, I have tried to take some time with my children, talking about new traditions and what we want OUR holiday to look like.

I also want to take special precautions to take care of myself. I need to make sure I am sleeping enough, drinking more water, taking time for a quiet cup of tea. Sometimes I think I don't have 15 minutes to take for myself. But if I do, it makes me much more pleasant and effecient for the other hours of the day.

So stick a post it note on your computer to breathe, take a moment to relax and enjoy just being.
