My husband and I only have been married from the beginning of 2006 but it seems like forever and isn't good. I know deep down we both really love each other however we argue so much. I can't really take the comments from him saying mean things. I really want us to start fresh and new and have a great marriage that I thought we would be having. We did have a hard first year of marriage because of much family issues on both sides of family. However, I would love to have it end in my head and just get married all over again. I wish we could cancel out what has happened to this marriage and start new but I know that can't be ... please help me and my marriage that if it doesn't get fixed could get up in separtion as I don't believe in divorce as my family doesn't have one marriage that has truly stayed together.

Please help my husband and I learn to communcation better and start loving each other again and help me to learn to trust him again as the trust in our marriage has been broken for some time now.

I would consider online cousnelling for help but due to finincal problems can't afford to get help that costs anything. So if anyone knows a free cousnelling service in Canada that would be great.

Thank you for your time

GAL, read the articles on the site. Dr. Harley has alot of info available that might help you.

Give us a little more detail such as what specifically has broken the trust in your M?

What has broken the trust in the marriage is having been told he is going to start listening more and spending more time with me when it hasn't really happened lately. I'm a very sensitive person to start with, and can't take untrusting people as people did that in my past, so when someome big or small breaks a trust issue in my eyes it may be bigger on my part than what they thing they have done.

So there isn't really anything too specific that I can explain but untrust has been there. How do I start to trust .. and I know it takes time.

Thank you for the help. Even having someone just listen to me on this site is helping me already know that someone cares

First thing, read about the Love Busters and analyze how you are affecting your H, in a bad way. Then stop doing it. Make that your number one goal, deal with it every day, until you no longer push his buttons. Treat him like you'd like him to treat you. Respect him for what he CAN bring, not what he CAN'T. He won't come around until you do.
