Well well well. My husband and I just finished up our very first therapy session. it went well, he tried to make excuses not to go but he went anyway. I personally think that he learned more from it than me. Personally I wasn't quite tuned in maybe b/c it seemed that everything was getting pushed off on me for our marriage problems. I believe that it takes two for a marriage to work, all we humans can do to make our lives better is to try and I mean full blown try as hard as you can, people make mistakes. I am not saying that i have cheated on my husband, or anything, we are human and that's what we do is live and learn from all the things that we do. I have a hard time listening to anyone not just my husband anyone that has my attention. I don't know why, and I also tend to take things people say the wrong way, not in a bad way but i just some how twist it and turn it around to something totally meaningless to others but makes sence to me. I also talk that way. I can say something to my husband and I know what i am meaning to say but that's not how it gets interpreted. WHY IS THAT!!! I have no idea but i sure hope one day i find out why that is, it would help me out whan trying to communicate to my husband. A lot of my problem is my mouth, and I am just talking to get my point accross, I also tend to not let others talk until I am finished with talking but by then i am not interested in listening to what anyone else has to say I am finished. My husband says that i need to think before i speak, but i always thought i did that. Anyway. We WILL be going back to therapy, but i am not happy about it right now. I am still trying to figure out how the therapist thought that i may be going through some post partum depression, maybe i am but what do i do about it????? I sure don't know. Thanks for listening
