So many spousal murders ARE a result of infidelity.

Knowing this is the reason I disagree when some confidently assert that OM are cowards therefore there is no need to worry about your or your family's safety. Murder itself can be a form of cowardice. So, feeling assured of safety because of some belief in OM are cowards, is ignoring the reality that OM and OW commit murder of their spouses and their paramours.

Adultery is dangerous in many ways.

True. This OM was a nut and you never really know who will turn out to be a "dangerous nut."

This is even creepier.

He is a nut job.

She has some responsibility for her husbands murder too. She invited this creep into their lives and absent her reckless behavior, her H would be alive today.

She says she will always have guilt...because she knows she is guilty.

You're right. I can't imagine having to live with that for the rest of her life.

Absolutely.

I am amazed when WSs bring their *children* around the OP secretly before the BS even knows what is going on.

I think that is a secondary danger zone area - it is so devastating to the BS after the affair has been made public, to have their children allowed in the company of the OP.

I'm afraid *that* would be where whatever murderous tendencies I might be capable of, would come out.

And those murderous emotions do come out for many, I'm afraid. I recently read some US gov't stats that pointed out that almost all of the suicide/murders, (including the ones where the whole family is killed including the children) that take place, involve infidelity.

but prison for her? nope? most likely life insurance and a lot of sympathy from other people.

she helped pull the trigger that extinguished his life. I hope they don't have children that need to deal with this too.

I would say that is right Graplin. It's a shame it comes to that but good people are driven to horrible acts by infidelity.

My ex acted in such a way that my then 6 year old walked in on her performing an act (bj) on her "friend." When I found this out, I considered some pretty violent acts of my own. To this day, the OM does not know how lucky he is to still be drawing breath.

If they did have kids, and I were his family, I think I'd sue her in civil court on behalf of the children to prevent her from receiving any insurance proceeds.

I agree with the responses here. Both Graplin and Medc makes good points. The drama and trauma the A heaps upon the families can drive some BS and even their supporters to consider acts totally out of their norm.

In most cases, it is the moral sense of doing what is right that keeps us in check.

The WS and OPs on the other hand don't have this moral sense. They lose it when they choose to become Ws'and OPs.

Given that scenario, it is easy to see why the WS and OPs can turn stupid, then in some cases resort to violent acts. Abusive acts from the WS and OP almost always exist. It can also extend from the BS and family to others (friends, relatives, workmates, neighbors, pets, etc.).

Personally, I always lived in fear of PBR (psycho babble rabbit) doing harm to myself and my family. She did threaten to do so. As a precaution, I went straight to the police and reported it to both her city, my city and even the city where they rented a motel. In cases where potential violence can be documented, I recommend the BS does the same. I found the police in each city were very well acquainted with this type of reporting and were quite helpful.

Here's even more to the story.

This story includes pictures of all three of them. According to this story, OM was also married and had his wife participate in the stalking?!?!?
