This weight loss is in G-d's hands. He controls the amount, not me.
If he wants it to be a 100. It will be. I just have to do the work for him. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
Did you get my email today?

Hey Who,
Hope all is well with you. I'm still trying to get down to DC. Seems like everytime I try, something comes up. I will be getting there soon though, and we will get together.
Hope to see you in the near future...

Reporting in...
This GODDESS last night left a plateful of pasta for each of her two beautiful boys to microwave for supper... (who actually couldn't wait for MOM to get out of the door to have the house all to themselves!)
...to get together with a couple of friends for our monthly supper/home-colouring 'hair' sessions....and had a BLAST! <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
....and now I do not look a day older than....uhmmm....35! <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

Hi Luna and all other Goddesses:
Hope you are having a wonderful Leap Day.
Feeling good - Hair color, cut, brow wax and tint today. The guys said I look much younger. They said I would probably get carded now when buying wine LOL.... I tried to explain that I don't look like this when I get up in the morning and that it took $200 worth of services to make this happen. Sorry, but they can't see the new undies...
May buy some new clothes this weekend too. I'm on a roll.

I bet this would really make some of the goddesses feel extra special. Can you imagine what it would mean to a cancer patient if she could have a new head of hair? Pantene's "Beautiful Lengths" program

I spent 2 days in Tijuana, working with some future goddesses. We meet at a church and let them bathe, fix there hair (with lots of ribbons, bows, and girlie stuff), then have food and lots of fellowship.
We do computer classes, typing, English, home ec and health stuff. Me teaching English is real funny, because my spanish is not real great, but it is lots of fun.
Tijuana is much different because of the problems with the drug wars. There are hardly any Americans there, and lots of police and soldiers. They drive around in pickups with machine guns, picking up people off the streets for I couldn't figure out what. It was kind of intimidating.
I was REALLY glad to get back across the border.
Now today, its grocery shopping, laundry, and cleaning for me.

I have had the best weekend so far in a LONG time.
Yesterday I went and dinner the mommy goddess time with my boys and a potluck that I helped arranged. It's fun having the season starting soon. This will help me to keep busy in the early days of Plan B.
Then I went to a very close friends' house and she restyled my hair which looked very soft and nice.
Then I went to a business meeting where I felt like I could have a life and a dream separate from you know who and that possible I could do it myself.
I was a student goddess as I really looked into some internal behaviors of me and my part in the marriage and that helped alot. I felt less crazy over things.
This morning, I am heading out to a 41.00 brunch with a group of people have been participating in a weight loss program since November. The deal was we needed to have lost 15% of our body weight. It will cost 100.00 to participate, I lose so I don't get any money back, but I do get a brunch out of the deal. I probably lost about 10 more lbs, which isn't really great, but I prefer to look at my total of 85 3/4 and that is great.
Afterwards, I am coming home to be the mommy and domestic goddess.
I will take care of myself by maybe getting in exercise, going to the tanning place and going to an AA meeting.
My outfit, makeup, hair - old style, but I am treating myself to a blow dryer), all are check.
Believer what a nice thing to do. I know how that will make a difference in people's lives.
Cinder, if I had hair to give away I would in a heartbeat. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> There is no more finer giving of a gift that to give something of yourself to help a cancer patient.

Well, I didn't have a very goddessy day, but got a lot of cleaning done. I didn't realize a clean house could be so dirty. I really got into it and did all the windows, cleaned all of the curtains, carpets, the walls, the floors, and even the oven.
So maybe that was spring cleaning.

And for all of you goddesses with kids, remember that housework can always wait. Your kids can't.

LOL, Queenie.........
I'm a clean freak now, but let my standards go way low while I was raising my kids. Not "Call the Health Department" low, but they were very relaxed.
And I don't regret it a bit.
