Hi zon,

Welcome to MB. Sorry you're finding yourself needing a place like this. There's a wealth of information here.

It is important to read through the basic concepts of MB. This is a place with some extremely gifted people with a wide variety of experiences. Although, none of us are experts, we know what worked for us. Therefore, you will need to sift through everything you read and do the best you can.

The tools are very good, if used properly.

wife doesnt love me anymore

This is rather typical of a spouse in an A (affair). That doesn't mean that your's is, it just means that it could be a reality and you need to do some checking.

Regardless of whether or not she is on an A, you need to develop a plan to deal with this. It is never a good idea to go off half cocked or make a decision when you're emotional.

Once you've determined what you are up against, then you can formulate a plan.

While you are doing that, you will need to take an honest look at yourself and see what it is that may have contributed to the environment that led up to her coming to this conclusion.

This is important to understand. Also start with picking up a book by the Dr. Harley, called His Needs/Her Needs (HN/HN). It will tell you about Emotional needs and other things that affect the M (Marriage) relationship.

Lastly, once you have done this (this is the foundational work) move to either the "Emotional Needs" forum (if there is no A) or the "Just Found Out" forum (if you find that there is an A).

Either way, do the best you can to stay calm, you can find some good help here.

God Bless.
