It's been soooo long since I've been here.
Going on around 2 years I think.
There are soooo many new faces that I don't recognize
and only a few names that I remember.
Recap of my situation....
H had an A that lasted roughly a year and a half off and on.
We seperated 3 different times. Longest for 3 months.
We have 3 daughters...who are 17, 11 and almost 10 now.
We've been in Recovery for going on 7 years.
It's been bumpy....but well worth the ride.
Sad to see that there are so many new faces and a need for
a forum like this...but happy to see that it's still around
for those that need it.

Personally....I'm in a VERY good place...thank you for asking.
H and I recently celebrated our 17th Anniversary. It's had it's rocky points...but we've worked through them. Our kids are thriving and growing up to be beautiful young women.
Been cruising through old threads and just can't believe some of the posts....especially my own. I'm DEFINATELY NOT that person anymore. lol
I so wish that there was not a need for a board such as this though....but still glad to see that it's still here for those that need it.

Long time no see.......
It sounds like you are living the good life. I'm glad you made it. It's good for some of the new folks to see that it can and does work.
Do you have any words of wisdom to pass on for those still struggling?

Nice to meet you. I have been here for almost a year. Unfortunately my M is not restored yet, but I walk in FAITH and keep praying. I have learned so much on here and truthfully if it hadn't of been for this forum, I think I would be dead. I couldn't imagine my life without my H, now I can. Though I hope one day it includes him. My personal successes are gifts from G-d that I don't take for granted and just keep putting one toe in front of the other. I really should get a manicure since I am looking at them all the time.  Seriously, I am so glad your life is working out in spite of the challenges. Please visit a lot of our stories and feel free for input. I know we all love it when people offer suggestions or points of view.

Glad to see you are doing so well! So nice to see yet another successful marriage!
I was off the board for a long time, have been back a few months. ( I would use the rolling eyes icon, but they took it away!!!!)
The board was down for over a week and I know some of the long time people haven't posted much since it has been up again.
Anyhoo, welcome back, maybe you can help some folks here, they always need advice, ya know!!!
