Hello, my darlings!

Hello!

Hello!

I missed you, and I adore you all and I think of you every, EVERY day.

We are well. We are healthy and strong and love each other fiercely, because we know the cost of forgetting to be fierce. All of know it keenly, from the biggest to the littlest we are there for each other.

It's because of the Idiots.

It's because of Feminine Hygiene.

It's because of Mayors, and Jellys, and Bobs, and Greyclouds, and Believers, and Yellowlines, and Faiths, and Tummys, and Peps, and Ozs, and Mimis, and Pepsi-lovin-big-haired Texans, and RIFs, and T&L and her AMAZING Children, and MEDCs, and Pios, and Niks, and Cinders...oh! and my dearest Believer and Weaver - who loved me because I could love my littles...and so, SO many more.

We did it ya'll.

The worst happened, and because of you all, I had the wherewithall to stay and and the oomph! To perservere.

So I came here today after a long time away...and see...and have to say:

IT WAS ALL WORTH IT.

Every tear shed.

Every hurt endured.

You are a part of me forever. You helped me become me.

Thank you so much!

For you new ones, do not give up on yourselves.

The Oldsters know what they speak of.

The Plans are there to save you firstly and your marriage secondly.

And they work!

The worst, very worst happened and only once I TRULY followed the plans did I overcome the worst.

The worst that happened are now truly blessings.

There are only twinges of OUCH! now. All other sensations are ones of immense contentment and goodness.

I never had to take the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?

I love you, Ms. Claus.

And for the love of little green apples! I forgot 2Long.

2Long, you are my most favorite VW adore-er!

You are sage and sanguine and possibly a lot of other "ess" words!

Whats for dinner?

SS

I think sometimes about all the pain in the world. I hope we can ease that here, even if only a little bit.

I KNEW you were going to ask that as soon as I saw you'd posted, SS!

We are having kid night 2night. The kid's choice since dad is working a double! Last night I sliced 6 cloves of garlic, made slits in a pork roast, then shoved that garlic into the slits. Rubbed rosemary all over the thing and slow cooked it in the nesco. Had red new potatos mixed with butter (margerine, really), tomato and basil feta and pepper, and new green beans.

Hungry yet? S'm'I! I think MY dinner will be a sammie outta the sliced pork!

No vampires around OUR casa, I must say!

You'll love this Still!

We.

Purchaed.

A.

Camper!

Our maiden voyage was to a lake just south of Ft. Worth during Spring Break (is camping considered a "voyage"? YES! if the trip invovles 2 adults and 4 kids sleeping like sardines in a 1999 Flagstaff Popup!)!

We had loads of fun and can't wait to use it again.

Neak, I took Peter with me. It's as good the 2nd time as the first. Most yummy read! (I wonder, do TRUE book critics use the word "yummy" to describe a work of art?)

I smile HUGE smiles, too SS.

A lot.

I'm starving and don't feel like cooking, we'll be over around 7 for the 'ladas. That's my mil's recipe, you know. God rest her! She was the best!

Don't mind the children, they are loud, but mostly harmless.

Ah, Mrs. Dubya,

We're swinging by your place for dessert. Peach pie, right?

You and the Mr hug each other for me.

I was home with a cough and run-downess today. I must say, peeking in has been good medicine.

Perhaps a dose or two a week would keep the doctor away?

Good for you Kimmy, Good for you.

Yes, it sounds like something I would love.
And I love leftovers too. I'm fussy, but not that fussy.

MAL,
Your recipe sounds good too. What time is dinner at your house?

Hi Faithful !!

BTW,
We did another camping trip last week while the kids had two days off school. I'll probably post a few pictures on T&L and Neaks thread. We had a camper about 10 years ago, and we loved it, but some of the places we went were kind of hard on it (bad 4WD roads.)We had a tent trailer for a while too, but we're tent campers right now.

Kimmy, thanks so much for the update.

SS

Hello butterfly.

Good on you. Still and always an inspiration!

Making my especialli passgetti for some nieces and nephews tonight.

Everyone invited, but bring a slicker. They like it messy, with ice cream…

Ice cream makes everything wonderful.

Should be a bumper sticker or something, no?

Hey Kimmie! Great to see ya! smile
