Someone here already suggested that you "POJA" this with your H.
Have you discussed the idea of this letter with your H?
Personally, I think that you need to consider discussing it with him first.
It also seems to me that you're worrying too much about OM in this matter. That he "got off light"...
It shouldn't matter to you one way or another at this point. Focusing on this takes your attention off where it SHOULD be...recovering your marriage. I think that this is keeping you caught in the drama of the affair...almost like it was still going on, you know?
At this point...discuss it with your H. Get his feelings on the value of pursuing it vs the risk of focusing on THEIR marriage rather than your own.
She's been made aware of the affair...granted, some "damage control" appears to have been done, but she's been made aware and has had her own opportunity to pursue this or not.
