I'm looking for a post... It was a post that had inspirational stories in it. The first one was called "Love Island"
There were several others... One about an old pastor. another about a mother and her child at wal-mart.... and another about the most valuable thing....
If you've seen it... Please bump it up or link it here....

No, that's not the thread he is referring to...the link in FH's sig line that says "If you are having a bad day, click here" is something different. There was a thread, can't remember who started it, with a series of inspirational stories...I know what you are talking about Amazin, and I'll see if I can find it for ya!

Might be Ace...but this was more inspirational stuff in general as opposed to stories about posters here, if it's the thread I am thinking of...I have just gone through about 30 pages (back starting when I came here) and I can't find it...sorry dude!!

I've seen the one about sucsess stories... It's not the same thread.
That one is about Marriage Builder message board members and their real life sucsess stories.
The thread I'm talking about has inspirational short stories on it... Probably fictional...

Yes, Amazin, it was a thread I had that was started back in 2002 about 6 months after we began Recovery. The link in my sig line took people there to that thread. Since the links were broken with the update on MB, they no longer work like they are supposed to. I tried to "bump" the thread to make it "current," but it seems to be in the "archived" files, like so many of the "older" threads.
I'll see what I can do to get you the thread.
The title of thread was "Timely story for days when things seem bleak."

Amazin - a lot of them came from "Mountain Wings." I used to subscribe to a daily inspirational message from them. It's an excellent resource and I even bought a book with TONS of these sorts of "Mountain Wings Moments" in it.
