I'm sorry, but little David Archuletta blew Cook right out of the water last night.
Did you see it?
And did you see Coldplay on the Apple Iphone commercial? I couldn't believe it. I sure wish I'd held onto my Apple stock until after the release of their new Iphone. That was just a plain stupid play.
But that little David A is just so much like a teen Idol. Remember all the 13 YO girls and Donny Osmond?
He's gonna take it.

Hey Josie, Yes of course I watched it! I'm addicted. I never got the wow moment from David C last night. HOWEVER, don't you think that by now, nobody is basing their vote on last night's songs? Surely everyone has made their mind up by now? Week after week David C blew me away so given the overall contest, he would still get my vote. But yes, hard as it is for me to admit, little cry-baby was definitely better on the night. "Don't let the Sun ..." was 'hot'.
I hope David Cook releases a CD of his American Idol journey. I have been so entertained and captivated by that young man. I've got a crush!
No doubt, they are both going to be huge stars.

YEA!! David C pulled it off!  I could've done without the 2 hour show however. But at least the best IMO guy won. David A.'s time will come, he's got a good voice. How'd ya like the risky business commerical? LOL David C. was definately hotter!

Ours is "delayed live" whatever that means. I couldn't log on because I knew you'd have replied and I couldn't bear to know until I'd seen for myself. I actually cried. I loved every single minute of the show. My neighbour opened a bottle of champers and we had the best night. Danced to Bryan Adams, Ze Ze Top and just a great show.
I really expected the teen vote to win so I was amazed my David won. I am thrilled and a bit tipsy. Yea!
But can you believe some vile little cat found out the result and went round my girls' school telling everyone who'd won. Totally ruined it for my girls. Shame. They were under threat of death not to tell me though.

They did have some good performers, but I could've done without the whole 2 hour thing. Geesh. They were under threat of death not to tell me though. ROTFLMAO!
