There is another thread about the movie, and I thought that we could discuss it in this thread instead (with the *spoiler* tag). That way people who want to see it will know not to enter this thread and won't get anything spoiled for them.
I for one am interested in it, becaue W went to it last weekend, but left the theatre during the movie. She texted me and said that she couldn't watch it.
Just wondering what happened in the show that may have upset her.

Didn't expect to see this here!
loved, Loved, LOVED the movie. I've been a devout fan since the very beginnings...so I earned that movie.
Why don't you ask your wife what upset her? How are we to know? Personally, I laughed, then cried...then laughed, and cried some more...
Can't wait to own it!!

Can't wait to own it!! I'm assuming that I'll figure out why she was upset when someone tells me what happened in the movie, that's all. W and I are in NC right now, and do not speak. She only has texted me a few times to let me know her whereabouts. Another thread said something about infidelity happening in the movie, so I was hoping someone would fill me in on the details, that's all.

I too LOVED the movie.....saw it with WS......
Intro,
The reason (I am assuming) that your WS left is because Steve cheated on Miranda......She threw him out, he begged and begged forgiveness, they ended up going to counseling and forgiveness insued......It actually had a VERY VERY GOOD story surrounding the adultery and the pain the BS goes through. But even I was somewhat uncomfortable watching it with my WS.....it was kind of ironic....and no we did not talk about it afterwards.......But I can guareentee this is why she left....nothing like a little "humble pie" being served.....

not2fun Thanks for the review . Ya, sounds like W should have sucked it up and watched the movie. Why is it a movie seems harder for her to deal with than what she actually did in real life? Strange.
