Hi, I see "smileys" in front of my posts. I dont put them there. Who does? Who determines if it will be a smiley, or a dark and ominous frowny face?

By the way, most of my smiley faces are dark grey and have FROWNS. Even if I am not being negative???

(I guess I should not be surprised...)

Test....

Have you updated your profile lately? I don't even see that grey one as a choice anywhere.

Stellakat,

At the top right of the page (where you log in/out) there is a smiley with an arrow.

Click on that and choose a smiley.

The smiley is an indicator of whether you are online or not.

You can opt out of being viewed as (online) at the bottom of your preferences page.

Thanks! I seem to see lots of frowny faces on my posts when online. It is maybe like a "mood ring" effect or something.

It is not this way but it almost seemed like "the board" could sense my mood and a smiley or frowney would pop onto my posts accordingly! Auuugh, I gotta get off here...Maybe I am getting mentally unstable monitoring all these frowneys and smileys!

LOL
