Sorry for starting another thread, but it seems like I remember reading information about being an IM and I wondered if someone could let me know this? I'm having to get an IM (long story about why I don't have one now) and I know that they need to be able to pass only certain stuff along, etc.
Any information would be helpful.
Thanks.

I know that they would need to filter info, etc. I read a whole long post about IM's and what they should do, but I don't remember where.
