I really like watching this program. Lately (since d-day), I've always wondered if there were ever a situation where someone's infidelity could warrant an intervention.
We all have grown quite accustom to describing a WS's "addiction" to OP as a "drug". And, we all know that Plan (A) starts with "exposure"...if this is the case, why not do it like an intervention. It is one thing to call a few people up and expose, it would be a whole different story to get everyone together and do an intervention type of situation.
Anyone ever gone to such a length? And, do you think an A&E Intervention...Infidelity Edition would ever fly? Since we think that the A is like a drug, would the same sort of precautions be warranted in extreme (not downplaying any type of affair...they are all extreme, IMO) situations? Could this be done?

There is already a show for infidelity interventions. It's called Cheaters.

I LOVE Cheaters. Kind of hokey, but it is so fun to see the cheaters caught in the act. A couple of weeks ago they had a WW caught on tape boinking her affair partner in a car in the parking lot, while at the same time talking to hubby on the phone. She was explaining that she was a little late because she was working on a project. LOL.

Yeah, they're based out of Dallas (my neighborhood) and I keep watching for people I know. Ironically, their offices are located on "Lover's Lane". My husband always tells me, "I sure am glad you didn't sic Cheaters on me, that would have been really humilating." If I'd thought about it, I probably would have! I could just imagine OW#1's reaction and what all her society friends would think. She'd be kicked out of the country club for sure. Wait, oh yeah. That already happened!

I haven't ever watched it on a regular basis, but I do catch it sometimes when I am channel surfing late at night.
Did you see the one where the husband got caught in the hotel room wearing the leather hood with a transvestite dominatrix? I thought that one had to be set up. How were they able to get a room key? Anyway, the husband's line was classic. He said the dom was helping him work on his intimacy issues and asked the wife to join them. FooooooogY!!!!
