I'm surprised no one has responded to this yet, but you might get a better reply posting in the General Questions II or Recovery forums.
I was in Plan B. It did not lead to recovery, but I was only in it for a few months before I lost all the love I had for my WW and began D proceedings.
Plan B did have a major effect on my WW, though, and she changed from being completely remorseless to very remorseful. I suspect that given more time a recovery effort might've been happened.
But I have no regrets. Even if you don't recover your marriage with Plan B, you will recover yourself.

LOL, well that was scary. I can answer myself now, 5 months down the track. I was in PB for 16 days and yes it did lead to recovery. Hope you all are looking after yourselves and remembering to do stuff for you. Its not about the WS anymore. Good luck and ETA: I remembered I did end up starting this thread in GQ2 and it got more responses. I thought it might help some to have the link. GQ2 Plan B thread

I am not real savvy on the computer. Having a hard time figuring this out. What is Plan A and B? Where can I find out? And where is a list of the abbreviations? Obviously I am here due to the infidelity of my husband.

Link to Plan A and B. http://www.marriagebuilders.com/graphic/mbi8113_ab.htmlWhile there you should probably read everthing on the How to survive infidelity pages. Also, read up on emotional needs, and love busters. read the part about how affairs happen. Read the book Surviving an Affair and His needs, her needs by dr. harley.
