I'm alive. My hands, arms, shoulders and back are all messed up. My jeep is in the collision repair shop. I am driving a rental. A Chevy Malibu.  It feels weird to drive it. I want my jeep back. So hopefully everything just goes smooth.

The earthquake was no problem. I'm ok. I went to the chiro today to get another adjustment. I can barely sleep because of the numbness in my hands & arms. So emails & posts are short. I hope they can fix it. Thanks for thinking of me everyone. Makes me feel good.

I had to laugh, at noon the reports gave it a bigger magnitude than they ended up with and devoated almost an entire show on if it was the "big" one.
I knew as the magnitude came down you were ok and that it wasn't. It was however more shallow than normal and that might have made it feel stronger and a little more damage.
I'm glad you did good.
I'm sorry you aren't feeling 100%. I'll keep you in my prayers for a fast recovery. Is there anything you can do at home in terms of exercising that would help?

Yeah, they make such a huge deal out of every single little tremblor. It's like how they freak out in Phoenix when it rains.
I have an appt with an orthopaedic surgeon. The "pins & needles" and numbness has not gotten any better.

I am sure we will meet someday. Maybe a movie shoot will take me to your part of the country.
