As you know, GQII is the most active of the 6 MB forums dealing with infidelity. Threads are selected and moved onto another more appropriate forum at moderator discretion.
Interesting, c00per.
And what was so offensive or outlandish to the GQ II forum for this thread to get punted to the Other Topics forum?
Is it to be understood that NO thread or post that does not deal directly with infidelity is no longer to be posted on the Infidelity forums?
Just asking so we might have a better understanding of any new "unwritten" rules.
Some non infidelity discussions are permitted to remain if they are friendly non-debating discussions that do not generate much (any) moderator attention.
So I guess what you are saying that either NO "debating" is to be allowed or only "unfriendly discussions" that "somewhat debate" various viewpoints, opinions, and beliefs will be "allowed," but only so long as no moderator is "aware" of the thread?
It should be interesting to watch how the "only friendly non-debating discussions" rule is applied to all threads where there is ANY difference of opinion.
Since the General Discussion forums are NOT one of the 6 Infidelity forums, it will be equally interesting to see what discussions are "permitted" and which are "not permitted" by the moderators. Perhaps along the way, we lowly members will begin to figure out on our own what "subjects" the moderators, individually or collectively consider to be "allowable" or "unallowable." We have the TOS, but they don't seem to apply to this new way of thinking about posting and thread topics.
Fiat is a term that will be interesting to see how it may or may not apply.
