Randy Pausch passed away from pancreatic cancer this morning. He delivered his "Last Lecture" last fall at Carnegie Mellon University.
If you have neither heard the lecture nor read the book by the same name, you should.

I saw that he had died. I've got the book.
What amazes me is how his wife didn't want him to do it, but he felt this incredible pull. He had to do it. They POJA'd it, although I don't think she was quite enthusiastic. BUT, it was really a calling. I can imagine how glad she is now that she let him deliver his last lecture. He has touched swathes of people across the globe. That last lecture was a divine calling.
