Please read my last post on God Bless the Broken Road...I am so sad and so desperate right now. I don't know what to do.

Yesterday it got so bad that I took pain killers and passed out all day. I'm home alone with the kids today and still feel horrible.

You need help beyond what the laymen on here are equipped to provide, usually. You need professional help. Professional help is cheaper than a nervous breakdown and a ton cheaper than a divorce.

Call the Harley's right now.

Have you read the books? Have you read every word of Harley's on this site? Your husband's answer is accurate, it just happens. Read why, the information is available. It is called not protecting weaknesses.

Are you trying to punish your husband?

See, there are all sorts of convolutions in your situation and you need help sorting them out, for yourself, your kids and your future. So get the help you need and I do not suggest a local "Counselor." Most of those are useless.
