I ahve to agree with iam. It's easy for us to say "Get rid of her" because we don't have the time and years invested that you have with your wife. But, now,I think you have to think of your kids. Do what you have to do to protect your kids. I'd still try the RO on the guy until your marital issues. Therefore, if she wants to do whatever in a seedy bathroom, you get your kids.

I have been talking to my lawyer daily trying to see what I can do. But I think I may have to change because I'm just not seeing anything come from the one I have. He just keeps saying this is a hard sell because of his background working with kids.

Not to mention I'm lucky enough to live in an area where the judges are VERY pro mom's rights. One of the judges even just had a custody battle of her own, and thinks joint custody is 70% mom, 30% dad.

I'm looking for a Pi right now to see what they can come up with. Can't really afford one, but my kids are 100% more important that any stupid cc.

I am confused....first you caught them in the shower and then the bathroom of a bar. Where was the shower and what is the back story of that situation??
