Ok, so I looked around for the lawyer's web site. He has some advice on getting a divorce which matches what Mr. W says for those who need the wake up call.

Then in the advice on how to save money on legal bills, the lawyer advises not to call him at all hours over nothing. He goes on to say;

Quote
Seek outside help for emotional problems. While divorce lawsuits are stressful and emotionally draining, your lawyer is not a psychologist or a psychiatrist. It is less expensive to handle your stress by regular exercise, healthy diet and companionship with good friends. (Do not date however, because you are still married). If you need professional help, I can assist you in finding an appropriate therapist or doctor.

See the bold part of the quote and NO, I am not making this up.

Since someone on that site has taken it upon themselves to post his web page address I wonder if they have thought what may happen now given his email address is on his webpage. Geesh! I think the guy is about to get a whole lot of mail.

I was mildly amused to see someone (possibly a MBer) talk about Dr Harley. Actually it set out the respercusions of adultery very well.

I read resumes all the time. this man has so much stuff on there that he needs to leave off. I hope his legal representation is better than his resume - not to say one thing bad about his credentials. But, he needs some better personal judgement.
