I saw my XBF today. The one with the excessive text mesages to many women.... I finally had enough and broke it off. EA's to a massive degree.

I was on Hwy 36 in my town and he was in front of me. I blew by him so I wouldn't have to look at his car on my drive (symbolic too... putting him behind me). He nodded, I did nothing. I kept driving, later I waved. All the way into the city 40 miles away. The whole time with him in the rearview mirror. He was dressed up... maybe on his way to a date... who knows.

So with that, why did I wind up shaking and crying a mile down the road? Why am I such a mess now.... 8 hours later? When does it end?

It will get better, I promise. Just keep changing the channels in your head when your head tries to change it to his channel. You can do it!!

I'm curious as to where you are since you were on Hwy 36. Are you closer towards the coast or more north? It would be cool to have another MB'er close to me. I know that 36 is a long dang road, though.

Hwy 36 in Utah. In the middle of farmland, lol.

I'm trying to keep my head together. It's a process. How can I love someone so much that hurt me so much??

Yeah, I asked myself that same question. And there was no answer. Just more questions. So I prayed that he be taken out of my head, at least the hurting part.

It took a while. Now I just...well, I feel bad for HIM now. He's in really sad shape. Not that I lose sleep over it, I just feel bad for him like I would for any human in such a situation with illness...BUT...on the other hand, he is making it worse for himself.

This BF of yours reminds me of a BF I used to have. He liked to have a lot of women on a string. Not that I knew that's what was going on at first. But yeah, he did.

Your better off without that nonsense. Just purge him from your soul. You can do it!
