I read here for a variety of reasons, but I inevitably get angry at some point. Not punch my monitor angry...more like need-to-run-my-mouth angry.

One of the rules is that members may not post offensive material. If I add "VENT" to my thread title, does that give me carte blanche to say anything I want, other than attacking another member or posting someone's personal information?

Can I spew profanity-laced venom without getting called down, as long as it's not on someone else's thread?

Hi Krazy71,

Profanity will get a quick **edit** by Justuss... as will name calling or direct attacks on other posters.

It can be very helpful to vent here, but try to keep it clean.

I know that the pain of betrayal can bring out some of the 'worst' feelings in a BS, and it's normal to want to lash out...

There are many FWS here that have a lot to offer in terms of rebuilding, so remember that when replying to other's posts.

Other than that, vent away!

No profanity. When caught it w/b edited. With that stated, you can vent here but let's make it a productive/constructive vent. ok?

You can use !?@?%*&)(@@@@!!!! or some other way to show your anger..... just not the actual words.

Now what do you want 2 vent about?

I don't need to vent right now. I was reading another member's thread...the way their WS was treating them made me want to go off...I didn't out of courtesy for the BS, but it got me thinking.

I just wanted to know what the limits are, because I can certainly push them on a bad day!

K71,

When one reads the plight of another, we can turn our 'venting' into constructive criticism.

It's going to have to wait a bit...I've got birthdays and Christmas coming up. It's our 1st since becoming a one-income family, so things are tight right now.

Maybe Santa will bring me one.

Talk about a reach....

she wasn't your wife, or even your girlfriend, and you didn't walk in on her with another man.

I'll say it again: Let it go. You really don't even have anything to whine about.

Good night!

You went back to '07 to point this out?

Of course it affects him...shoot, it affects me just thinking about it...

Why are you pointing this out now?

I never had to take the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?

IMHO ... the fact that Krazy has been able to keep himself on the outside of a jail cell SHOWS that he has control of his anger.

He is also one of the posters that I RESPECT the most, as he is ALWAYS completely honest with his posts.

If not anger, exactly what is the appropriate emotion to "seeing the OM with your wife naked", in your world???

I've noticed a lot of posters here are simply AFRAID, especially of strong emotions like anger ... Krazy is not one of them, but you probably wouldn't understand that.

do some self evaluation.

Doctor, heal thyself.

Why do you think he is here?

Why do you think any one of us is here?

Why are YOU here?

sigh

I didn't direct any anger at you. I simply stated the facts.

Either you want down her pants, which makes you a scumbag, or you are being honest about your intentions, which makes you pathetic.

I didn't say that out of anger...no emotions are "misdirected".

It is the simple truth.

Did you say why you posted that on an infidelity message board?

Oh, and if you want to see real anger, the type of anger that screams out for counseling, you could've looked up just about any other topic I've posted on here.

HeavensDoor,

You're not "mourning a death".

You are putting outfits on the corpse and pretending it's alive ala "Weekend At Bernie's".

Why pick an infidelity site to post on?

I'm not Krazy (just crazy) but what's "pathetic" is BA coming here time and time again under one guise or another just to stir up controversy.
