I ran into this article today in one of my online subscriptions.

Are PDAs Replacing Pillowtalk?

I'm really into technology, but this is TOO much.

No wonder they call them "crackberries."

I completely agree. My husband is addicted to his. And I could see how I could get that way too.

Personally, I'd like to throw the things in the trash. (sigh)

Hmmmmmm....interesting. My WH doesn't have the crackberry, instead he has the Iphone. I have found that he isn't isn't on it or checking it HALF as much as he was when the A was on......so in this instance he was addicted to COW not the PDA......

I love my crackberry, but am not addicted to it. It is so nice to get my emails and efaxes when I am away from my computer. But I know when to ignore work stuff that can wait.

My H however can't shut off from work mode, he gets work emails and texts all the time and it drives me crazy. Then one night he left it in his car because he just wanted to ignore it and be with his family and I jumped all over him about why he would leave it in the car and what he was hiding. I got proof that he wasn't hiding anything and felt like a jerk.

So my stand on crackberries, can't live with them and can't live without them.
